Through modeling, I’ve had the chance to travel to many different countries, and I became really interested in the different fermentation cultures I discovered along the way. Since then, fermentation has become one of my favorite hobbies. In my free time, I enjoy researching different fermentation traditions, writing articles for a fermentation magazine, and trying things myself at home, like making vinegar, kimchi, pickles, natural wine, and soy sauce.
